Dr. Ramos Boyd was able to transform our patient's smile using composite bonding. No anesthetic was needed for this painless procedure. 

Our patient was unhappy with the color of several old crowns. It can be difficult to match front crowns to the surrounding teeth. Our patient was concerned that we may have to place crowns on the adjacent teeth to achieve a natural look. We were confident we could meet our patients goals while providing conservative treatment. We were able to replace the broken and discolored crowns and match her natural teeth. 

Our patient fractured his front tooth in a childhood accident and it was previously restored with a root canal and filling. It discolored with time and our patient wanted a permanent restoration. Opal Go 10% whitening trays and a new crown restored our patient’s smile.

Mrs. Silverstein was unhappy with two crowns that were made for her front teeth. She wanted the space between the teeth closed. We remade her front two crowns and also placed crowns on the lateral centrals to give Mrs. Silverstein a beautiful, even smile!

Rebecca wanted to change the appearance of her smile. Her front teeth had existing fillings that were beginning to chip. This case is a young man that was in an accident and broke most of his upper teeth. He elected to have them removed and have a fixed bridge supported by 4 implants. The teeth were removed, implants placed, and a temporary bridge delivered the same day. Several months later, the final bridge was placed. What an improvement over the broken teeth.

Before: Here is a nice example of an immediate temporized dental implant. This lady fractured her front left tooth and it appears dark. It was removed by an oral surgeon, and the implant was placed right away. This keeps the gum around the tooth intact, so it will not dissolve away. The patient came to my office the same day. We placed a permanent zirconia abutment on the implant that you can see in the second before photo. Then, a temporary crown was cemented. There were nine implants placed in her upper arch, and then porcelain crowns were placed. After: Here you see the finished case. Also, the flat wear makes her smile look like she is older than she really is. The case involved placing porcelain veneers on the front teeth. The after photo shows the completed Veneer case.
