Dental Implants Case 3 - All on 4

This case is a young man that was in an accident and broke most of his upper teeth. He elected to have them removed and have a fixed bridge supported by 4 implants. The teeth were removed, implants placed, and a temporary bridge delivered the same day. Several months later, the final bridge was placed. What an improvement over the broken teeth.
